By accessing or using MarvinTheBot (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. No Investment Advice

MarvinTheBot provides technical, statistical, and automated information only, generated through algorithms, historical data, and AI-based models.
MarvinTheBot does not provide investment advice.
MarvinTheBot is not a financial advisor.
MarvinTheBot is not registered with any financial authority.
Nothing provided by the Service constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument, security, or cryptocurrency.
All trading decisions are made solely by the user.

2. High Risk Disclosure

Trading in stocks, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that:

5. User Responsibility

All trades executed using the Service
The configuration and security of API keys
Monitoring your trading accounts
Compliance with local laws and regulations
Tax reporting and financial obligations

MarvinTheBot does not have custody of, access to, or control over your funds.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including but not limited to brokers, exchanges, and data sources. MarvinTheBot assumes no responsibility for errors, outages, changes, or losses caused by third-party services.

7. No Insurance or Protection

MarvinTheBot is not insured. Funds used in connection with the Service are not protected by any investor compensation scheme, deposit guarantee, or insurance program.

8. Suspension and Termination

MarvinTheBot may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
Access may be suspended or terminated without notice.
